Paella cooker

In 2024, shortly after becoming a father, I developed a passion for cooking paella. What I enjoy most is how it brings people together—family and friends gathering around the pan. I like the idea that one day I might be the grandfather who cooks paella for everyone. Since then I’ve cooked more than twenty and counting, gradually learning the technique behind what seems like a simple dish. My record so far is cooking a paella for 18 people at once. I only cook the traditional Valencian recipe, appreciating it not just as food but as a Spanish tradition worth preserving and passing down through generations.
